– On August 19, 2025, the VSC and HAH cooperation alliance decided to establish a shipping company named Hai An Green Shipping Line Co., Ltd. with initial charter capital of 1,000 billion VND, VSC contributed 60% and HAH contributed 40%.
– The investment target for the 3 years from 2025 to 2028 will form a container shipping fleet with a total tonnage of 22,000 Teus, including 03 container ships of 2,500 Teus and building 02 new ships with a tonnage of 7,100 Teus.
– On September 23, 2025, HaiAn Green Shipping Lines signed a goodwill agreement with Dalian Shipbuilding Industry Co., Ltd., China, on ordering two new container ships with a capacity of 7,100 Teus
– The progress of the new ship construction according to the goodwill agreement is expected on October 27, 2025. Haian Green Shipping Lines and the shipbuilding partner will sign a shipbuilding contract and make a deposit of 20% of the contract value.
– The planned ship delivery time is June 30, 2028 and September 30, 2028.
– At the same time, Haian Green Shipping will invest in three old container ships with a capacity of 2,500 Teus in the fourth quarter of 2025 and the first quarter of 2026. The first vessel with a capacity of 2,552 Teus is in the process of negotiating and performing a technical inspection on September 29, 2025 in the Philippines.
