– Stock symbol: VSC
– Ex-right date: August 26, 2013
– Record date: August 28, 2013
– Purpose: To implement the first cash dividend payment of 2013
– Dividend pay-out ratio: 15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)
– Payment date: September 16, 2013
Place & procedure of payment:
– Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
– Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from September 16, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
