– Record date: December 8, 2014
– Purpose: To implement the first cash dividend payment of 2014
– Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)
– Payment date: December 26, 2014
Place & procedure of payment:
– Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
– Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from December 26, 2014 and please submit ID cards.
