– Ex-right date: April 23, 2013
– Record date: April 25, 2013
– Purpose: to implement the second cash dividend payment of 2012
– Dividend pay-out ratio: 20%/ par value (VND2,000/ share)
– Payment date: May 21, 2013
Place & procedure of payment:
– Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
– Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from May 21, 2013, and please submit ID cards.
