The Resolution of BOM for the first cash dividend payment in 2014

VietNam container shipping Corp., (VSC) announces the first cash dividend payment in 2014 as follow:

–         Stock symbol:  VSC                            

–         Purpose:           to implement the first cash dividend payment in 2014

–         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

–         Expect of payment on December, 2014
