- Ex-right date:  August 6th, 2008    

- Record date:   August 8th, 2008       

- Dividend pay-out ratio:    20%/ par value (VND2,000 / share)

- Payment date:    August 29th, 2008 

Vietnam Securities Depository _ HCMC Branch will temporarily suspend the depository activities for VSC on August 7th, 8th & 11th, 2008.
