No.2-2016 Resolution of BOM

On April 22, 2016, the Board of Management of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay 10% cash dividend (or VND1,000 for a share) for the second time of 2015. They also approved the report on implementing the plan for paying 10% stock dividend (Those who own 100 shares will receive 10 new shares).

The Board approved to receive the transfer of 13,500,000 shares of VIP Green Port from Vietnam Petroleum Transport JSC at VND13,600/share.
