- Ex-right date              :   Jun 05, 2008   

- Record date                :  Jun 09, 2008

- Exercise ratio: 5:1 (a shareholder owning 10 old share will get 02 bonus share.)

The BOM unanimously passed the plan of issuing bonus shares to current shareholders.
