On July 05, 2016 HOSE issued an announcement regarding the change of listing of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation (VSC) as follows:

-        Additional listing volume: 4,141,100 shares

-        Reason of change:  stock issuance for 2015 dividend payment.

-        Total listing volume after change: 45,557,142 shares

-        Total listing value after change (based on par value): VND455,571,420,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: July 04, 2016

-        Official trading date:  July 13, 2016
