VSC: The resolution No.133/2015-BOM
1- The BOM unanimously approved the business result in the 3rd quarter of 2011:
- Revenue: VND 174.3 Billion
- Profit before tax: VND 64.4 Billion
2- Buy 3.5 million shares (per value: VND 10,000) of Dinh Vu Petroleum Service Port Joint Stock Company (Stock symbol: PSP) equivalent 10.6% of the charter capital with the purchase price equal to par value.
