VSC: Appointed CEO
The BOM of Viconship decided to appoint new CEO. From April 27th 2011, Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoa (chairman of the board) doesn't hold CEO and Mr. Nguyen Van Tien (member of board) was appointed the new CEO.
