HOSE announces the record date for the first cash dividend payment in 2015 of Viconship as follow:

-         Stock symbol:  VSC               

-         Ex-right date:   September 10, 2015   

-         Record date:    September 14, 2015   

-         Purpose:         To implement the first cash dividend payment in 2015

-         Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ par value (VND1,000/ share)

-         Payment date:  September 29, 2015   

Place & procedure of payment:

-         Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-       Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Head office, 11 Vo Thi Sau Street, May To Ward, Ngo Quyen District, Hai Phong City (on the working days) from September 29, 2015 and please submit ID cards.
