(In case of put-through trading with volume from 100,000 shares and over on May 18 & 19, 2011, sellers will not receive the right)

- Exercise ratio: 1:1 (a shareholder owning 01 old share will get 01 bonus share.)

- Issue volume : 11,863,951 shares
