VSC: Decision on additional listing

On July 28, 2014, HOSE had Decision No.284/QĐ-SGDHCM to allow Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (stock code: VSC) to list additional shares on the exchange:

-         Number shares before additional listing: 28,812,650 shares

-         Additional volume: 5,728,891 shares

-         Total additional value (based on par value): VND57,288,910,000

-         Number shares after additional listing: 34,541,541  shares

-         Total value after additional listing: VND345,415,410,000

-         Effective date of the listing license: July 30, 2014

-         Reason of additional listing: Those are shares issued to pay dividend according to the resolution of AGM dated March 21, 2014
