BOM's Resolution on payment dividend in 2010

 

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) has informed of resolution of the BOM as follows:

 

The Board of Managements of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint-stock Company (VICONSHIP) has unanimously approved to make the second dividend payment for the year 2010 in cash and at 20%/par value (equivalent to VND 2000/share). The payment date is expected in Quarter I/2011.
