VSC: The resolution No.27/2011-BOM

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint-stock Company (VICONSHIP) disclosed a resolution of the Board of Managements (BOM):

1- The BOM unanimously approved the report on business operations in 2010:

- Revenue:                     Billion VND 548.48

- Profit before tax:          Billion VND 212.37

- Profit after tax:             Billion VND 179.70

2- The BOM unanimously passed the plan of issuing bonus shares to current shareholders for Undertakings to increase capital with ratio: 1:1
