VSC: The resolution No.64/2013-BOM

Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Company (VICONSHIP) has announced the BOM’s resolution as follows:

 - Make the second dividend payment for the year 2012 in cash and at 20%/par value (equivalent to VND2,000/share). The payment date is expected in Quarter II/2013.

 - Issue bonus shares to existing shareholder from remaining profit with ratio 5:1  (a shareholder owning 05 old shares will get 01 bonus share). The payment date is expected in Quarter II/2013.
