Viconship give present for the Navy
Afternoon Sep-12th, Naval Command organizations receiving present from Viconship.
Reception ceremony were admiral Tran Dinh Xuyen, deputy commander of the Navy; Nguyen Viet Hoa, Chairman of Viconship.
On behalf of the officers, employees, Nguyen Viet Hoa gave 3.7 billion for the Navy Command to build civil works in the Spratly Islands and the DK1 rig.
